Introduces Tony Brown as new Vice President of Customer Care

Tony Brown has joined Jacobsen as Vice President of Customer Care overseeing Product and Technical Support, Product Training, Warranty and Distribution of whole goods and service parts. Jacobsen is a Textron (NYSE: TXT) Company.

Tony brings with him a wealth of sales, marketing and customer care experience in capital goods environments. He joins Jacobsen most recently from Kioti Tractor/Daedong North America/South Korea where he served as Director of Sales and Marketing in North America. His previous experience includes the position of Regional Vice President of JCB in Savannah, Georgia and owner of Brevard Tractor, a turf and agricultural equipment distributor in Melbourne, Florida. Tony has been recognized for his ability to grow market share and create brand recognition in a highly competitive marketplace.
